Sample frame
This frame exists to be edited. The pipeline around it is worth knowing:
The image pipeline🔗
- One original next to this file (max ~1400px slot, so upload 2×: ~2800px wide is plenty). PNG or JPG both work.
- The build emits six renditions as webp: 700, 1050 and 1400px for the photo page’s
srcset, a 760px tile for the /gallery/ grid, plus a 200/400px srcset pair for the home page’s strip. - The grid keeps ratios (fit-to-width); the layout is masonry-style rows of tiles. Nothing is cropped anywhere – the tiles are the photo as shot.
- prev/next links at the bottom of a photo page follow the same sort order as the grid (date here).
